Our multi disciplined CEO with over 12 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, CEO and Business Adviser. Matthew is tasked with leading the company’s business operations, and executing Essence Group’s business strategy, ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant.
Andy joined Essence as Chief Financial Officer in February 2019. He is a qualified finance professional with over 11 years’ experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory services (at both KPMG and PwC), advising clients in the UK, South Africa and Australia. He also spent two years in a senior commercial finance role at the largest recycling company in Southern Africa.
